Do you want to be part of a global market -leading company within dry bulk handling and wood processing systems, where you get to learn a lot about how to manage accounting and reporting at the head quarter within a small professional finance team? We are now looking for a Group Accounting Assistant to join our finance team, based at our headquarters in Stockholm. Purpose of the position In this position you will be responsible for supporting the CFO and the Group Controllers with: •Group Accounting •Policy updates and compliance •Taking part in the external financial reporting including quarterly and annual reports •Internal controls administration and follow up •Treasury administration Key accountabilities In this position, you will have the following key accountabilities: •Secure the daily accounting and monthly closing for the mother company •Assist and support in: -Quarterly and yearly reporting -Internal Control processes and controls -Treasury and liquidity planning and control -Policy updates and compliance About you To be successful in this role, we believe that you have: •University degree within Finance •Working within a finance department for 0-4 years •Experience in accounting •Experience from leading and driving projects and processes •Ability to dig into details but be able to conclude and deliver •Fluent in Swedish and English •The ability to take ownership, be structured and have a positive mindset About Bruks Siwertell We are a market-leading technology group in dry bulk material handling and processing for the port, wood and forestry industries.
