Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and development of electronic hardware, including schematics, PCB layout, and component selection
• Lead hardware development from concept through to final product delivery, ensuring high quality and performance
• Perform testing, verification, and documentation of hardware designs, including functional and EMC testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal specialists, suppliers, and customers to ensure design alignment and product success
• Contribute to requirements definition, quality assurance, and issue resolution throughout the development process
• Participate in supplier and customer meetings, providing technical expertise and support
• Continuously improve design processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and quality

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a senior hardware designer with strong expertise in electronics design and development
• Solid background working with lithium-ion battery systems and energy storage applications
• Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and requirements management
• Hands-on experience in testing and verification, including EMC compliance
• Skilled in hardware CAD tools, preferably Altium Designer
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a structured and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for innovative hardware development
