Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior GDL / Lead Engineer – Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Take responsibility for leading and coordinating engineering work packages towards key clients in the automotive sector.
• Act as the main technical contact point between internal teams and the customer.
• Drive design and development activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure efficient communication and high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the engineering workflow.

What you bring:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Lead Engineer within one of the Geely Group companies.
• Experience from Geely Group within the past 5 years.
• Ability to work onsite 100% in the Gothenburg area.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a structured and proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and confidence in building a wide professional network across the organization.
• A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive progress independently.
