Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the product.
• Design and develop end-to-end solution architecture in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the product management team to gather and understand functional and technical needs.
• Develop high-quality Python applications using core Python, Pandas, and Polars.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions for complex business problems.
• Manage ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of existing solutions.
• Develop and maintain metadata, user access, and security controls.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, process flows, and system diagrams.

What you bring:

• 9–10 years of professional experience in Python development, with strong proficiency in libraries such as Pandas and Polars.
• Proven experience in solution design, application architecture, and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, caching techniques, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with credit risk and IRB models is highly desirable.
