Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Industrial Installation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Coordinate installation activities onsite at the new factory in Ludvika
• Act as the primary link between the customer and the construction contractor during installation phases
• Develop, maintain and ensure execution of installation plans in collaboration with the construction contractor
• Support the project manager in installation-related tasks within industrial investment projects
• Manage and align installation requirements from subcontractors supplying and installing machinery
• Plan and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Ensure that installation activities follow safety, quality and timeline requirements
• Contribute to both strategic preparation and hands-on execution during installation phases
• Drive structured follow-up and reporting of installation progress

What you bring:

• Engineering degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum 6 years of documented experience in project management of industrial installations
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects
• Proven ability to work structured, proactively and independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Experience working onsite in industrial environments
• Advantageous experience with FAT and SAT processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery precision
