Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Leasing Product Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive requirements analysis across business units and vendors with a strong focus on Asset Finance (Leasing)
• Contribute expert product knowledge to end-to-end business process alignment and solution design
• Support gap analysis and feature refinement to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in system solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from domains such as Sales, Finance, AML, and Operations, as well as external technology partners
• Assist business teams in documenting clear and consistent functional requirements for suppliers
• Perform system testing with a holistic view to ensure product alignment and customer value
• Report and follow up on defects to secure high-quality deliveries
• Support and coach business users in defining needs and adopting efficient processes
• Continuously assess and improve current ways of working based on industry best practices
• Facilitate cross-domain communication on product functionality and delivery progress
• Contribute to product backlog management and prioritization

What you bring:

• Proven expertise in banking or financial services within a B2B environment, with a strong focus on leasing
• Experience working across the full lifecycle of requirements, development, and testing
• Background in large-scale transformation programs, preferably within core banking or financial platforms
• Experience in one or more key banking domains such as Operations, Credit, Payments, Collections, or Finance
• Strong proficiency in JIRA and agile ways of working
• Ability to identify process gaps and delivery defects with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and structured work approach with strong ownership of daily tasks
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
