Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Asset Management (SAM) Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Optimize and configure Xupervisor to improve SAM efficiency and transparency
• Enhance end-to-end license management processes and governance
• Develop and deliver analyses, reports and dashboards relating to license usage, compliance and optimization
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through proactive license optimization
• Support internal and external license audits and ensure contractual compliance
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align SAM processes with business needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAM operations

What you bring:

• Proven experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM) in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with Xupervisor or similar SAM tools such as Snow License Manager or Flexera
• Strong understanding of software licensing models for vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and SAP
• Experience integrating SAM tools into broader enterprise IT landscapes
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in building meaningful reports and dashboards
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Advantageous experience in software license compliance and audit support
• Knowledge of SAM standards and frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 19770
• Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops is beneficial
