Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Propose and develop innovative product design solutions that reflect a strong product message and distinct brand identity
• Create 2D and 3D design concepts including sketches, drawings and visual artifacts to communicate ideas clearly
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle from early ideation to production delivery
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including engineers, product owners and stakeholders to align design intent with technical requirements
• Design both exterior and interior components while ensuring adherence to project prerequisites, brand guidelines and quality standards
• Transform conceptual ideas into manufacturable design solutions ready for implementation
• Support design reviews, provide design rationale and ensure design feasibility throughout development
• Contribute to design strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across projects
• Share insights and collaborate effectively within the wider organisation to drive strong design outcomes

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within industrial, transportation or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exterior and/or interior product design projects from concept to implementation
• Proven ability to explore and communicate design intent through 2D sketching, 3D modelling and prototyping techniques
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software for modelling and visualization
• Strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, form development and user-focused aesthetics
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex development environments
• Ability to provide design guidance and support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance design intent, technical constraints and business requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
