We are currently hiring Construction Labourers for active civil and industrial sites in Sweden and Europe.

Successful candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately and support construction teams with daily activities in a safe and organized manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks including concrete works, formwork preparation, material handling, and site cleanup
• Support trades teams with lifting, assembly, and installation work
• Operate basic hand tools and follow safety instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report to the Foreman or Site Agent on daily tasks and progress

Requirements

• Previous experience on construction or industrial sites preferred
• Understanding of basic safety practices and willingness to follow site rules
• Physical ability to perform manual labor under outdoor conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and cooperative attitude within team environments
• English communication skills (basic level required)
• EU work eligibility preferred – Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
