About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Software Developer to join a dynamic and cross-functional project team developing a new motor control platform for handheld battery-powered products, including pruners, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers. You will be part of a dedicated embedded software team of ten professionals, including seven embedded developers. The broader project team includes specialists from multiple disciplines, fostering an environment of innovation and technical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement embedded software features
• Handle communication over various bus protocols
• Optimize software for memory efficiency
• Contribute to the development of safety-related software components

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Extensive experience in embedded software development, particularly using C
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Experience in BLDC motor control development
• Background in functional safety and safe software development
