The Role


This is not a standard sales position.

You’ll be part of the management team, playing a central role in shaping our growth strategy and leading execution across both existing markets and untapped regions.


You will:

• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting both existing and new B2B customers

• Expand our presence across Europe adding untapped territories

• Lead and support our entry into digital marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms

• Build long-term client relationships across the world

• Create compelling marketing materials and manage our digital marketing presence

• Collaborate across teams in a flat, multicultural organization

Who You Are


You’re a doer and a decision-maker—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where action beats waiting. You don’t need micromanagement, and you bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


You have:

• A university degree

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Photoshop, ChatGPT, or similar

• Experience creating marketing content, and ideally, managing e-commerce or online sales channels

• A natural ability to build relationships—with colleagues and customers

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Fluent English in a business environment – both spoken and written (an additional language other than Swedish is a plus)

• Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally
