Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operational Test lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop test plans and schedules for program testing activities.
• Identify and design test cases based on requirements and use cases.
• Perform manual testing and provide support to other testers.
• Report, follow up, and prioritize defects with internal teams, external vendors, and third parties.
• Lead and coordinate test resources across internal and external teams.
• Report test status, risks, and quality assessments to the overall test lead and stakeholders.
• Manage test tools for documentation, tracking, and automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with established processes, standards, and quality guidelines.

What you bring:

• Experience in test management for IT projects.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB).
• Practical experience in manual testing and familiarity with test automation.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Experience with test tools such as Jira, XRay, Postman, or similar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• People management and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
