The opportunity

Within our Global Product Group (GPG) Power Consulting, we provide strategic advisory and technical consulting services to utilities, industries, and infrastructure customers worldwide. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to our mission.

As Executive Assistant to the Global Product Group Manager and the leadership team, you will play a key role in enabling smooth operations, managing priorities, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. You will be a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

How you’ll make an impact

• Provide high-level administrative support to the GPG Manager and leadership team.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications.
• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, workshops, and global events.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Drive efficiency and organization in day-to-day operations.

Your Background

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Experience in energy, consulting, or technology sectors is an advantage.
