We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist & Copywriter to elevate the customer experience across community platforms and social media channels for our client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will take ownership of reviewing and refining the current social media content strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence. Your responsibilities will include auditing and analyzing existing content, developing new content series and concepts, and crafting compelling copy that resonates with the brand’s target audience. You will play a key role in shaping the tone, voice, and storytelling approach across multiple digital touchpoints.

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English (all communication is conducted in English).
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in: Social media writing, Content conceptualization, Content strategy, and Copywriting
• Strong understanding of digital communication and customer experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry is considered a strong plus.
