Are you passionate about creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences? We’re now looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment — where design, technology, and user needs meet.

Location: Lund Start: December 1, 2025 End date: June 30, 2026 Workload: 100% (on-site)

In this assignment, you’ll join a team working on a technically advanced product where your creativity and analytical mindset will shine. You’ll explore user needs, turn insights into prototypes, and collaborate closely with developers and product owners to create seamless, human-centered designs.

This role suits someone early in their design career, eager to grow, learn, and be part of something meaningful.

• Contribute throughout the full design process – from research to final UI.

• Understand user behaviors and translate insights into intuitive flows and prototypes.

• Collaborate across disciplines to iterate and refine solutions.

• Help maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

• A curious and analytical designer with a growth mindset.

• A team player who enjoys learning from others.

• Experience working in Figma and with design systems.

• Knowledge of user research, accessibility, and inclusive design.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Education in UX, Digital Design, Product Design, or equivalent.

• Experience with Figma, usability testing, and iterative design.

• Interest in inclusive design and accessibility principles.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Drug test: Required before start (covered by consultant/supplier).

• Language requirement: English – Expert level
