SwedQ is a consultancy company that has lately proven to have a unique model for those who want to grow, create a legacy, and take on challenges where you add value and gain value. Year after year, we have managed to serve clients within all types of industries (intentionally except for gambling and weaponry), as well as grow each year in revenue, the number of people working with us, and the scale of our deliveries.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on the technical challenges as well as getting a portion of the company in the future. And if you like, driving forward an idea and implementing it with us. You will be working closely with everyone, which makes it easy to implement changes that you believe in.

Who are you:

• Experience designing and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and AWS, GCP or any other cloud service
• Swedish speaker
• Hands-on experience with some or all of: Spark, AWS EMR, Redshift, Glue, MySQL
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and governance
• Experience leading data architecture work and evolving infrastructure based on business needs and have the ability to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and compliance best practices to safeguard sensitive information
• Ability to define and drive data quality frameworks, including automated testing and validation processes
• Experience with real-time or streaming data processing technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
• Experience contributing to data strategy and roadmap development
• Experience with infrastructure as code, containerized environments (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Experience with tools and systems such as DBT, Airflow or Fivetran
