In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead one of the teams managing our core payment processing hub within the Payment Execution ART.
Your role involves overseeing system updates, fostering cross-border collaboration, and mitigating dependencies.
You will navigate a high-pressure environment to establish effective teamwork both within and across teams.

Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with Product and Business Owners to build short-term application roadmaps.

Market Alignment:
Monitor business outlooks and market expectations to ensure alignment.

Requirements Definition:
Define business rules or requirements for services managed by your team.

Operational Management:
Prioritize tasks in the backlog, drive sprint planning, and support day-to-day team activities.

Feature Management:
Create and prioritize features collaboratively with the team using SAFe methodologies.

Vendor Relations:
Act as the Single Point of Contact for application vendors when necessary.

External Collaboration:
Participate in relevant external forums and working groups.
- Consultation &
Support:
Provide statistics and consultation across various organizational parts as needed; support IT service management initiatives.
What is needed in this role:
- Genuine interest in developing large and complex transformations.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in Swift network solutions, including connectivity, communication, and payment flow management.
- Proven background in working with container solutions.
- Well-documented expertise in both domestic and international payment domains.
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple business areas and teams.
- Comfortable making decisions with high responsibility levels; accustomed to working independently.
- Deep understanding of IT and business perspectives.
- Demonstrated focus on customer/end-user needs; experienced in leading agile development teams at scale using SAFe methodology/Harmonize.
- Skilled at building networks and collaborating effectively in geographically distributed environments.
- Experienced in managing external suppliers efficiently.
- Solution-oriented with strong organizational skills and driving force.
- Proven leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.
- Background as a Product Owner or stakeholder manager role is advantageous.
- Ability to foster team spirit, drive, and encourage team members; adept at creating a positive work environment with humor.
