Backend Developer – Node.js & AWS

We are currently seeking a Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js to join a cross-functional team working on modern, web-based solutions. In this role, you'll contribute to the design and development of scalable backend services and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product owners throughout the entire product lifecycle.

About the Role

As part of an agile product team, you'll play a key role in backend development, from architecture discussions to deployment and performance monitoring. You'll help shape the technical direction, ensure code quality, and bring new ideas to the table in a fast-moving environment.

Your Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience working with Node.js in live production systems
• Solid understanding of AWS services, especially DynamoDB
• Comfortable participating in architecture and system design discussions
• Familiar with analytics and tracking integrations
• Collaborative and communicative—thrives in a team-oriented setup
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust quickly
• Values collective success and actively supports team objectives
• Takes initiative, owns responsibilities, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus
