ob Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Antenna Design Engineer to join us as a consultant on assignment with one of our leading clients.
The assignment involves end-to-end development of cutting-edge antennas for radar sensor systems, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and millimeter-wave performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate advanced antenna systems — including 77 GHz dual-polarized arrays and low-profile wideband antennas.

Carry out full development cycles:
EM simulation, fabrication, measurement, and optimization.
- Work with tools like HFSS, CST, ADS, MATLAB, and Python to design and analyze antenna performance.
- Conduct hands-on measurements using VNA, spectrum analyzers, anechoic/reverb chambers, and other test equipment.
- Collaborate with client teams including radar system engineers and RF designers.
- Analyze data, produce technical documentation, and support IP filings or academic dissemination as needed.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in antenna design and testing.
- Proven knowledge in:
- Automotive radar systems (especially 77 GHz)
- Compact dual-polarized and reconfigurable antennas
- Low-loss/high-efficiency structures
- Hands-on lab experience with advanced RF measurement tools and environments.
- Fluent in English; strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GapWaveguide antenna designs
- Exposure to microcontroller-based reconfigurable antennas
- Background in radar system-level design or integration
