Our innovative solutions aim to simplify access to financing and enable growth for small businesses. As we scale, we are now looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

About the role

As a Digital Graphic Designer at Qred, you'll join our passionate Marketing team, which consists of 13 people today. In the role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Qred brand is highlighted in the best possible way in all kinds of marketing and for evolving our designs together with your closest colleagues within Brand and Marketing Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as our main graphic designer of marketing material
• Responsible for designing and producing marketing material
• Banners
• Print ads
• Social Media
• (D)OOH etc.
• Be part of and contribute in developing the visual identity together with our Senior Designer.
• Evaluate our efforts and adapt our marketing designs accordingly for best results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in graphic design role
• You’re proactive, organised, and eager to learn, whether it’s exploring new design tools or tackling creative challenges
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing (like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro)
• Experience in development of UX/UC illustrations for different stages of user-journeys
• Experience working with AI design solutions and software, such as Midjourney
• Understanding of A/B testing and Google Analytics is a plus
