As a Senior AAC Content Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining innovative communication content for our AAC software applications, such as TD Snap. A great opportunity where your work will empower individuals with communication-related disabilities, helping them to express themselves and connect with the world.

In this role, you will work with:

  • Develop and maintain AAC content tailored to various disabilities and user needs.
  • Design products that foster language growth and support alternate access methods, including eye-gaze, switch-access, and touch.
  • Coordinate content localization with team members and external partners to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage project timelines and align releases with marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Stay updated on AAC research and market trends to identify new strategies and opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor AAC Content Developers, fostering team growth and innovation.


We are looking for someone that has:

  • Expertise in language and literacy development, AAC best practices, and content design.
  • A couple of years of experience in AAC or Assistive Technology within clinical or educational settings.
  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Linguistics, Assistive Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong editorial skills and eye for detail


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of programming page sets in one or more AAC Software Applications
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Deep Familiarity with Assistive Technologies, including eye-gaze and switch-access.
