Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Full Project Accountability & Delivery Leadership to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead the project team to ensure successful initiation, execution, and completion of all tasks within schedule, budget, and scope
- Manage all project phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, and Completion
- Establish and implement the project’s commercial strategy in collaboration with the Project Sponsor
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality and HSE&S policies, and the Project Delivery Model
- Oversee financial performance, including invoicing, cash collection, and cost control, while maintaining project profitability
- Monitor progress, deviations, and mitigation actions, ensuring effective planning and reporting processes
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers
- Implement change and claim management procedures to track and manage project scope adjustments
- Ensure proper resource planning and availability of skilled personnel for project execution
- Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring structured communication and documentation
- Develop and enforce efficient reporting structures for project status, scope, schedule, and budget
- Establish a culture of clear communication, documentation, and accountability within the project team
What You Bring
- Proven experience in project management with full accountability for large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive project success and stakeholder engagement
- Extensive experience in contract management, including interpretation, compliance, and execution
- Expertise in financial oversight, cost control, and risk management within complex projects
- Strong understanding of planning processes, including progress tracking and deviation management
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different project phases
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in meeting coordination, reporting, and communication planning
- Proficiency in managing supplier and contractor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Familiarity with administrative procedures, HSE&S policies, and Project Delivery Model
- Ability to establish and maintain a structured and transparent documentation process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
