Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical activities in product development.
• Oversee the system design of mechatronic systems, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Drive the development of electric propulsion drivelines, managing requirements and verification.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• At least 10 years in product development within the automotive industry.
• Extensive expertise in system design of mechatronic systems.
• Strong background in electric propulsion driveline development.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Experience working with requirements, functions, breakdown, and verification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a growth mindset.
• M.Sc. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PTM.
• Knowledge of product development processes and tools.
• PMP certification.
