Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute complex, multi-faceted software development projects from inception to deployment.
- Lead and coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring precision in execution and delivery.
- Define and enforce rigorous project scopes, objectives, milestones, and budgets.
- Identify and neutralize potential risks before they escalate, developing robust contingency plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to maintain seamless communication and alignment.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize performance, adaptability, and innovation.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
- Deep understanding of advanced software development processes, DevOps practices, and Agile frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive teams toward excellence under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-complexity projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
- Solid technical background or hands-on experience in programming, system architecture, or cloud technologies.
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills.
