This position is for the person who seeks wider responsibility and possible growth within infrastructure. Being part of the world’s leading PropTech company you will get a global context with the world as your office.  This position will be instrumental in our journey towards SOC 2 compliance and ensuring the security and stability of our technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of IT & R&D, you will play a critical role in leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations.  Location: work from home (100% remote)  Language: English (written & speaking) Key responsibilities: •  Managing a smaller team in infrastructure-area  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with SOC 2 requirements • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and cloud-based services (AWS) • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats • Manage and maintain our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Intune environment, ensuring device compliance and security • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment • Delegate effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work We are looking for you with:  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Previous working experience in network security • ITIL foundation certification as a minimum  • Linux experience  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Contact:  For this recruitment process we cooperate with The Adecco Group.  Miguel Olivares telephone: +46 76 139 5114 e-mail [email protected]  Sara Höglund telephone: +46 73 684 73 23 e-mail [email protected]  Don’t hesitate to take contact if you have further questions.
