You will lead a dedicated team of 15 professionals based in Skellefteå, responsible for operational sourcing, production planning, inventory control, and export & logistics—driving excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement that defines our operations.
Job Summary
Your work assignments will consist of:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Collaborate with global sales and cross-functional teams to align manufacturing schedules through effective S&OP planning.
• Operational Management: Streamline daily operations, ensuring efficient production planning, procurement and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Inventory Control & Optimization: Balance cost and demand through effective stock control, tracking, storage, and distribution to support efficient and reliable operations.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous learning that drives performance and retention.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and optimizing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.
Requirements and Experience

• Education: Master of Science in Engineering, logistics, other adequate educational or equal working experience.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a supply chain or operations management role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, data analytics & AI. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive results
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity to build relationships at all organizational levels and with external partners.
