Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC software solutions for crane automation systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of software components.

• Optimize code to enhance performance, reliability, and safety.

• Analyze system specifications and hardware schematics to align with project requirements.
• 
  
• Identify issues and propose improvements to elevate system functionality.
• 
  
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of PLC code to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• 
  
• Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during the testing phase.
• 
  
• Provide timely progress updates and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience in Codesys and/or C programming, enabling you to create efficient and dependable PLC software.
• 
  
• Proficiency in algorithm development for optimizing system performance and responsiveness.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to task management, deadlines, and documentation.
• 
  
• Familiarity with PLC development tools and expertise in automatic crane functionality.
• 
  
• Prior experience in product development (considered an advantage).
• 
  
• Fluency in both English and Swedish at a professional level.
