60% - Airline Account Management Operations

Working closely with the head of the Western Europe cluster, you will contribute to the success of the account management teams through:

● Pipeline Management

● Day to day sales & opportunity pipeline management and reporting for cluster.

● Work with Account Managers to review and update sales opportunities.

● Lead monthly pipeline reviews for airline IT, distribution, payments, etc.

● Salesforce Upkeep

● Ensure Salesforce is accurate and up to date for cluster airlines.

● Follow up with Account Managers to ensure their accounts are up to date.

● Account plans: Support account managers in the creation of account plans.

● Monthly Customer Newsletter: Gather data and inputs for the monthly customer newsletter, working with EMEA Comms.

30% - Sales Representative role

· Identify and capture new business opportunities within a specified assigned geographic territory and/or customer segment (Small to Medium deals)

· Participate in the preparation of the long term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales plan.

· Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.

· Identify customers’ specific needs and submit business proposals.

· Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.

· Promote and sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts, events and road shows.

· Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.

· Manage negotiations to closure.

· Actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contribute to marketing intelligence.

· Perform Market and competitor analysis.

10% - Support to GM of Scandinavia

The GM of Scandinavia is part of the Western Europe cluster, and you will contribute to the smooth running of the three Scandinavian sites (Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo) by supporting the GM with:

● Personal assistance

● Schedule/meetings/presentations/travel

● Site events and communication

● Internal communication and events such as townhalls, newsletters, etc.

● External communication, PR, customer and industry events, speaking opportunities, interviews, etc.

● Site administration

● Scandinavia performance monitoring, reporting and follow up

● Ensure alignment between all commercial and corporate functions within Scandinavia

● Monitoring of Amadeus Scandinavia payment processes to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices


Required:

● Advance knowledge of Airline products and Amadeus portfolio

● Knowledge about specific industry customers’ requirements and experience working with Airline customers

● Expert Salesforce User

● Strong MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, …).

● Great team player; enjoys working with many different people in a truly international environment.

● Well organized and structured.

● 5 years experience (minimum) in customer management, or sales management

● Fluency in English and Swedish both written and spoken. Additional Scandinavian languages would be an advantage.
