Senior Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor to oversee scheduled Stores in the Malmö warehouse, opening on July 1st 2025, in the absence of the Store Manager. You will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations such as daily reporting, interviewing and training new sales consultants, and adhering to company policy.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and present food and non-food products from suppliers to Costco club members.
• Interact with customers and management in a warm, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service, including assessing customer needs to recommend the best products.
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and oversee warehouse Stores in his/her absence.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Required Profile :

- Excellent communication and member service skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.

- User level computer skills.
