Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead and manage projects within investment advice, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
• Drive the development of holistic advisory solutions by balancing business needs and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with various teams, roles, and stakeholders both within and outside the bank to align on goals and priorities.
• Structure and prioritize incoming requirements, delegate tasks, and ensure effective follow-up.
• Provide regular status updates to management, teams, and stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and adaptability.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role within investment advice.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
• Ability to structure work efficiently, manage complexity, and make informed decisions.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous feedback.
• A Swedsec license in advice is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
