At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Group Delivery Lead to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities:

• You will lead and coordinate the SW development for the inverter control module together with supplier, test engineer, requirement engineer & different stack holders.
• You will set up project plans, align stakeholders, identify action plans emerging issues, and deploy SW to plant and aftermarket.
• Handle communication within Project and with Project Partners/Suppliers.
• Coordinate and lead activities on a complete SW level and act as a complete SW representative.
• Support that the flow with existing and new interfaces and increases awareness and visibility of the plans, status, and content of the completer SW.
• Able to analysis the aftermarket data and analysis the severity of fault report.
• To be able to draw conclusions and highlight risks and prepare risk mitigation.
• Always have a plan forward on a function/sub-function and requirement level.
• Always have an updated delivery plan of the deadlines.
• Mitigate and foresee risks with the delivers and plans.
• Secure that the complete SW customers receive SW at correct time and do the necessary check before delivery.
• Gather the development stakeholders to same time frame and space, from a vehicle program perspective.
• To be able to lead, present and coordinate events and scenarios that is applicable for multiple stakeholders.

Tool experience:

VIRA, Lotus Notes, Carcom, Elektra, Canoe, Canalyzer, KDP, ConfigHub, PIE R&D

Should have knowledge about :

OBDONUDS protocol, UDS 14229, HIL testing, Log analysis. Fault report analysis
