We are seeking a highly experienced Business Cutover and Data Lead to support a significant ERP (SAP) transition program. This program is designed to streamline business processes, enhance data management capabilities, and improve cross-departmental communication. The program is set to go live in November 2025 and spans various areas such as finance, tax, sales, supply chain, and procurement of direct materials.

The role consists of two primary responsibilities:

Part One: Leading the cutover planning and execution for finance-related business activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all activities are documented, planned, and executed in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, focusing on a smooth go-live for the pilot mill. This involves developing a business continuity plan and assisting during the hyper care period.

Part Two: Acting as the business data lead in Finance to Cash (F2C). You will coordinate all project activities related to finance data in collaboration with business process leads, global process owners, and the data enablement team. This includes updating the conversion design rationale, mapping data fields between legacy systems and SAP, defining extraction criteria, and ensuring master data management (MDM) governance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cutover planning and execution for finance-related activities, ensuring a seamless transition to the new ERP system.
• Work closely with the deployment team, program management, and implementation partners to secure smooth execution.
• Act as the business data lead for F2C, coordinating all activities surrounding finance-related data in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Update conversion design rationale, including mapping and cleansing data fields between legacy systems and SAP.
• Ensure robust processes for master data management (MDM) in the finance area, contributing to governance and organizational efforts.
• Provide mock load data for testing purposes and assist in the overall data testing process.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
• A degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive SAP knowledge, particularly in the finance domain (experience with sales and supply chain is a bonus).
• Proven expertise in financial master data management.
• Experience in SAP implementation programs and understanding of the organizational challenges involved.
• Solid experience in planning and executing cutover activities during implementation or roll-out projects.
• Strong project planning experience and familiarity with different methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Solution Manager.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage both high-level goals and detailed tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ETL tools.
• Background or professional experience in the pulp and paper industry is advantageous.
