About the position
We are now looking to appoint a summer worker for the Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) function in the Engineering Management Group.
The Asset and Maintenance Management function is responsible for support in setting up, implementing and maintaining processes, functionalities and information management in EAM. The function also supports the entire organization with maintenance management framework and strategies.
As a Web Content Administrator summer worker your main tasks will be to:
• Review and analyze existing Confluence pages and guidelines to assess their structure, clarity, and usability.
• Update and reorganize content within Confluence to ensure consistency, coherence, and easy navigation.
• Ensure that documents are aligned with the best practices for user experience.
• Create and maintain clear, standardized templates for documentation.
• Help streamline the navigation of the knowledge base for users by improving internal linking, categorization, and searchability
About you
A suitable background for this position would be:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Design, Informatics, Communications, Business, IT, or related fields).
• Working knowledge of Confluence Atlassian and able to create and modify content.
• Knowledge of other content management systems and how to efficiently use them to collaborate.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Duration and location
This is a summer work position for an estimated time of 6-8 weeks.
Planned start date is 11 June, 2025 or per agreement.
Your workplace is on-site at ESS in Lund, Sweden.
