We are seeking a Financial Controller Manufacturing for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and timely reporting (using SAP and AARO) of global Spend, P&L, CAPEX, and COGS. You will also be tasked with visualizing and clearly explaining the key variances compared to targets, as well as year-over-year (YoY) and quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) comparisons for designated departments and COGS categories. Main responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and analysis for group functions such as FP&A and accounting. Prepare consolidated actuals and forecasts for operations reviews, and collaborate with the Business Controller (BC) as a strategic partner to the operations team. • Consolidate and analyze the total forecast and budget in Konstrukt for designated departments. • Manage the accrual and capitalization process, including calculating hourly rates, and ensure timely submission of data to group accounting during month-end closing for relevant departments. • Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits while ensuring SOX compliance for assigned control functions. • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. • Lead and drive cost management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the monthly financial closing process. • Preparing and managing financial forecasts. • Handling the capitalization process effectively. • Ensuring compliance with SOX controls. • Providing support during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the industrial or automotive sectors. • Extensive knowledge of IFRS, proficiency in Excel, and hands-on experience with SAP and business analytics tools. • Excellent skills in planning and coordinating tasks both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams. • Adaptable and skilled at setting priorities while effectively managing ad hoc requests. • Fluent English, spoken and written.
