Job Description:

We are seeking a CAE Engineer – Transmission to join our automotive client’s team for an exciting assignment focused on simulation of transmission components and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing CAE calculations for strength and durability using ANSA (pre-processor) and Abaqus (solver).

You will collaborate closely with project leaders and design engineers, providing technical solutions and recommendations throughout all project phases—from concept design to ongoing product maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CAE simulations of transmissions, focusing on strength and durability. Utilize ANSA as a pre-processor and Abaqus as a solver. Analyze and interpret results to support design decisions. Provide recommendations and technical support to project leaders and design engineers. Requirements:

Education: Master of Science or higher in Mechanical Engineering (Applied Mechanics focus or equivalent).

Experience: Previous experience with Powertrain analysis in product development or research. Merits:

Experience with vibration simulation.

Proficiency in nCode DesignLife or similar fatigue analysis software.

Programming skills in Python or MATLAB (strong advantage).
