As Communication Manager for Production & Logistics (P&L) in Södertälje, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the right messages reach the right people at the right time. In a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy that connects leadership, managers, employees, and external stakeholders.

Role Summary

As a Communication Manager, you will develop and execute the communication strategy for P&L Södertälje. You will support, coach, and guide production units in crafting clear and effective messaging while ensuring alignment with Scania’s broader communication strategy. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that communication initiatives strengthen engagement and build understanding across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communication strategy for P&L Södertälje.
• Provide operational support, coaching, and content creation for communication initiatives based on strategic goals and specific business needs.
• Advise and support leadership teams in ensuring that communication is clear, inspiring, and business-driven.
• Lead change communication efforts to foster engagement and understanding during organizational changes, digitalization, and new ways of working.
• Manage and develop the P&L communication network.
• Lead the Global Community of Expertise for Communications within P&L and represent P&L in Scania’s Global Community of Expertise.
• Drive internal communication, creating relevant, engaging, and accessible content for different channels.
• Strengthen Scania’s employer brand, working closely with Employer Branding and Scania Communications.

Who You Are

We are looking for a strategic and creative communicator with strong storytelling skills and the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You are comfortable balancing forward-thinking strategy with hands-on execution, and you have a natural ability to build relationships and understand both employee and business needs. You bring:

• A university degree in communication, journalism, PR, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in both strategic and operational communication.
• The ability to create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and physical channels.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a courageous and creative approach to challenges.
