The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving KONE’s long-term success by identifying the right strategic priorities, ensuring a common direction and bringing the strategy to life together with KONE’s areas and other functions. Strategy & Transformation develops our strategy and operating model (KONE Way) and is responsible for driving large strategic transformations.

We are now looking for a Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing to join the global Pricing Center of Excellence team.

In this position Pricing Analyst supports the global Pricing Center of Excellence team by providing analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives in close collaboration with the Pricing Manager and reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing.

As the scope of the role is global, we are flexible in terms of location, but preferably this position is based in Espoo, Finland or in other major KONE offices in Europe.

Responsibilities and key activities:

• Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives.
• 
  
• Work closely with other pricing stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• 
  
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• 
  
• Assist in the implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing processes and practices
• 
  
• Support in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies

Requirements for the position:

• University degree (M. Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 
  
• Strong analytical skills combined with experience in data analysis and providing insights for decision-making, ability to provide analytical support to pricing through good use of analyzing tools.
• 
  
• Business acumen of understanding business and financial principles.
• 
  
• Strong ability to communicate effective and describe complex statistics and advanced analyses in simple terms to stakeholders.
• 
  
• Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• 
  
• Professional experience from strategy consulting or pricing is seen as an asset.
• 
  
• Full English professional proficiency, with excellent written and verbal skills.
