About your job

In this position, you’re an essential part of a small team with a big responsibility – developing and shaping our Cloud Managed Services. You actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape the future for our cloud journey. Leading the architectural work in the cloud managed service team and through automation, you ensure that our solutions are valuable and relevant for Sandvik’s business areas, using common industry practices.

The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken, and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.

Your profile

You’re extensively experienced and self-motivated, with several years of working with Azure and its services. You have practical experience in infrastructure, scripting, automation, and development. A proven track record in designing and implementing cloud solutions within large organizations, as well as the ability to work independently and drive projects forward is a must. As a practical person and a team player with a pragmatic mindset, you easily build stable relationships across our global organization. You enjoy promoting cloud solutions and understanding our business needs. Thriving in an innovative environment, you work hands-on and are eager to develop professionally.

To succeed in this role, you also need:

• A deep understanding of Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases.
• Experience with Azure governance and security best practices.
• Hands-on software development skills (preferably using • NET) and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Bicep) experience, to automate provisioning of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS products.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub.
• Strong understanding of multiple domains within IT such as Security, Networking, Identities, and IT service management.
• Proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.

It’s advantageous if you’re certificated as an Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate or DevOps engineer expert.
