Testing & Quality Engineer

LEAX Group is looking for a skilled and proactive Testing & Quality Engineer to strengthen our growing R&D department. In this role, you will be central to ensuring that our products meet high standards of performance, safety, and reliability—from concept through validation and serial production.
At LEAX R&D, we develop advanced propeller shafts and transmission systems for demanding applications, primarily within the automotive and heavy vehicle industries. You will work closely with design engineering and production teams to shape test methods, quality frameworks, and FMEA processes that support robust and reliable product development.
This is a hands-on and impactful role where you combine daily testing operations with long-term improvements to processes, tools, and documentation.
