SEB is in the midst of a cloud transformation, migrating key IT infrastructure components to a modern cloud environment. We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead this transformation and ensure successful implementation.

Role description

As Cloud Migration Project Manager, you will lead the migration for Development Solution & Infrastructure, working with IT stakeholders to define the scope, manage progress, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will coordinate teams and drive the cloud migration process to completion.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a broad IT experience, spanning both on-prem based infrastructure and a good understanding of the cloud-based prerequisites for IT infrastructure. We also believe that you have experience in different project management methods and tools and that you have a hybrid delivery perspective mixing long term planning with an agile approach.

The main objective will be to define and set scope for DSI’s Cloud migration journey. This is not limited to, but includes:

• Define and drive the scope of the Cloud migration for the area Development Solution & Infrastructure within SEB
• Analyze the current potential of cloud migration objects within Development Solution & Infrastructure
• Cater and enable the migration together with the maintenance team of the object
• Lead the work associated with the migration tasks
• Report progress to a steering committee
• Document decisions and execute them as needed

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, including both on-prem and cloud solutions.
• Track record of delivering on large scale cloud or infrastructure projects
• Comfortable to discuss and influence IT architecture
• Self-going and self-managed
• Strong experience in leading cloud migration projects with specialized teams and navigate diverse perspectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
