- Proven leadership experience in a senior financial role, preferably as a CFO, within a global organization, with a proficiency in managing stakeholders
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- A master’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Fluent in Business English. Multilingual skills are a plus, with Swedish and/or Chinese being highly beneficial.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Chief Financial Officer at Aurobay you will:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and Joint Venture requirements.
- Promote a culture of financial responsibility, integrity and diligence across the organization.
- Manage all financial operations, establishing, monitoring, and enforcing robust policies and procedures.
- Ensure company assets are protected through internal control measures.
- Regularly monitor and confirm Aurobay's strong financial standing through audits.
- Comply with all legal and business requirements, ensuring risk management within the Joint Venture framework.
- Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge.
