About this opportunity:
As an Operational Product Owner (OPO), you will oversee and prioritize backlogs for 2-4 teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical priorities. Your role will involve stakeholder management, team coordination, and driving continuous product improvement while facilitating smooth communication and transparent progress reporting.
What you will do:
* Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the backlogs for 2-4 teams, balancing product features, technical tasks, and product care.
* Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Collaborate with business and technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure transparency across all involved parties.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and address roadblocks, oversee planning and estimation, and drive product and process improvements to keep the teams on track.
The skills you bring:
* Must-Have: Experience with agile methodologies, strong communication skills, backlog management expertise, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination.
* Education: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering, is preferred.
* Experience: 2-5 years in RAN (Radio Access Network) area.
* Nice-to-Have: Jira, project management, conflict resolution, and technical understanding.
