On behalf of our client, we are looking for two experienced welders for a long-term project at our workshop in Lunde, Telemark. For the right candidate, permanent employment may be possible. Our client is a well-established and reputable employer with a strong order backlog. Job Tasks: .Welding of offshore-related products in a workshop .Working with carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, flux core wire, duplex, and aluminum .Welding thickness: 1 - 20 mm .Custom fabrication Education/Qualifications: .Valid certificates in TIG, MIG, MAG, or flux core welding preferred, but not required .Minimum 1 year of experience as a welder .Ability to read technical drawings .Fluent in Scandinavian or understandable English Personal Qualities: Skilled and detail-oriented Hardworking and responsible Loyal and stable Team player with good communication skills Flexible and adaptable We Offer: Stable company with a strong order backlog Competitive salary based on tariff agreements Long-term contract with a possibility of permanent employment Opportunities for professional development and training Inclusive and positive work environment Social events and gatherings Rotation work options available Assistance with housing near the workshop if needed Travel allowance for rotational work Interested?
