An exciting opportunity

Our client, a renowned Swedish corporation is on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant for Project Administration who will be responsible for performing administrative and technical tasks to support the efficient operations of the construction team.

What you will do

You, as an Administrative Assistant will support the project managers (and other staff as needed) by performing a variety of tasks related to documentation, organization, and communication.

You will communicate orally, via telephone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Your additional duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Organize and schedule meetings and Site Inductions in the meeting rooms.

2. Maintain contacts database (clients, consultants, contractors, agencies, etc.)

3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, transmittals, and forms

4. Assist project managers in preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.

5. Provide construction administration duties including coordinating/corresponding with contractors, owners, and consultants when required, ID06 registration and access issues.

6. Local supplier orders for Office supplies, PPE requirements, Catering, Signage, Hotels, Cars, booking and maintenance control

7. Various plotter & printing duties including organizing services and supplies
