We are looking for a "Technical Lead (System Engineer)- Automation & Validation" for a global company in Lund.

Start is ASAP, 1 year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

In this role, you will be part of developing and implementing the next generation of the Homogenizer automation platform. You will ensure that the technical maturity of the solution evolves according to requirements while maintaining compliance with food safety and equipment safety standards.

In this role you will work in a dynamic organization where you will closely cooperate with several stakeholders, both internally and externally.

You will focus on:

• Defining the system under development and establishing verification and validation strategies with relevant stakeholders.
• Managing the technical maturity of the solution by leading verification and validation planning and execution.
• Leading technical risk management, including food safety and equipment safety.
• Driving and initiating improvement activities.

Required skills:

• A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field.
• A solid technical understanding and familiarity with product development processes and tools.
• Knowledge or experience with automation systems, software, and processes within the area.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of food safety and equipment safety.
• Experience leading and driving development projects.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is ASAP, One year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
