About the position:
In this position, you will work as a customer service representative for an international GAMING company, for the Danish market. Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and email. You will answer questions regarding the game console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to provide the customers with a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling. No sales are involved in this role.
