We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our collaborative and dynamic team. In this role, you will work with Swift, Xcode, and GitLab, contributing to the development and testing of our Opera Browser for iOS. You will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases and test frameworks, with a focus on manual testing and iOS XCUI Test (UITest) automation. Role & Responsibilities:

• Test and validate to maintain the highest level of quality, identifying functional and visual issues, inconsistencies, and bugs.
• Execute Various Testing Processes – Conduct release, feature, regression, and acceptance testing, along with system testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
• Identify, document, and track issues, confirming and verifying fixes to ensure resolutions meet expected standards.
• Write, update, and execute test cases to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests, particularly leveraging iOS XCUI Test (UITest) automation.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and managers while contributing to technical documentation and project management efforts.

Job Requirements:

• BSc in Software Engineering or similar/equivalent
• Experience from software testing and/or development
• Knowledge about web technologies
• Thorough, curious and creative nature
• Attention to details and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Very good spoken and written English

An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:

• Proficiency in Swift and experience with Xcode as the primary IDE.
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Experience with web development
