The RoleAs a Third Line Support Technician, you will be a key player in our support team, working closely with both colleagues and customers to solve technical challenges. In this role, you will:
We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaboration. You are a team player with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving technical issues.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Nice to have: Experience in troubleshooting both software and hardware, as well as familiarity with Linux.
