Key responsibilities:
🌟 Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales account managers to achieve individual and team targets.
🌟 Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
🌟 Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to enhance customer experience and sales processes.
🌟 Participate in recruitment, onboarding and coach new employees.
🌟 Understand and adapt to the markets to support sales growth.
🌟 Ensure adherence to sales processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
🌟 Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture aligned with company values.
Minimum requirements:
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Additional fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.
✔️ Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably in B2C or a similar industry.
✔️ Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and empower a sales team.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
✔️ Ability to facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
✔️ Experience of sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
✔️ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
✔️ Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
