You are a highly personable, enthusiastic, and proactive with a passion for exceptional customer service and building strong connections. A confident communicator, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are deeply invested in the connections you make.

You are the ultimate customer champion, ensuring seamless interaction while balancing business needs. You embed a customer-first culture, resolving inquiries efficiently and converting leads into happy guests. Working closely with management and sales teams, you help maximize opportunities while delivering an outstanding experience for past, present, and future customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service – Ensure brand communication is prompt, accurate, and high-quality across email, chat, and phone.
  • Complaint Handling – Manage guest complaints from booking to post-event, collaborating with Operations and the Commercial Director on resolutions.
  • Product Development – Analyze post-event feedback to improve guest experience and communication with Operations and Marketing.
  • Website & Email Communication – Maintain accurate and engaging brand messaging across the website and customer email journeys.
  • Customer Engagement – Strengthen relationships with loyal guests and group booking leaders.
  • Sales & Cross-Selling – Maximize opportunities to re-engage past guests and grow bookings through proactive sales techniques.
  • Review Generation – Collect and promote customer reviews (e.g., Trustpilot) for social proof.
  • Seasonal Staff Training – Lead customer service training for temporary team members.

Our whish list.
  • Strong education background, with high-level English and Mathematics qualifications.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft or Google software, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Customer-focused, with experience in service and complaint handling, ideally in travel.
  • Sales-driven, with a background in selling premium products and account management.
  • Excellent communicator, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Proactive & independent, able to take initiative while thriving in a team.
  • Fluent in English (native or high-level qualification).
  • Eligible to work in Europe (remote positions in other time zones considered).
  • Flexible availability, including some weekends during peak season.
